As CEO of Copan Diagnostics, my extensive global experience fuels my commitment to fostering cross-cultural collaboration and innovation. I am proud to lead a team that is dedicated to enhancing patient care through innovative solutions. Every day, we strive to empower healthcare providers to make the best clinical decisions for their patients.
Very proud to be part of Copan, a leader in our industry, a group of people always focused on the innovation process. Our philosophy is leading by example and with twenty years tenure at Copan Diagnostics, I can certainly consider myself a small piece of the ensemble that every day goes out on the stage and delivers an outstanding performance.
Through my 17 years in various Copan sales and business development positions, I’ve witnessed our “Innovating Together” motto genuinely embodied daily in collaborative partnerships with customers and the “whatever it takes” spirit within teams pushing boundaries in sample collection, lab automation, and AI. This commitment makes me confident Copan will continue leading the pre-analytical market for years ahead.
What drew me to Copan was it’s family-oriented culture and deep passion for innovation. I quickly recognized our commitment was not only to providing cutting edge technology and solutions for the betterment of our healthcare diagnostics industry, we do so with a constant regard for the impact it will have on our customers and ultimately patient care. As a leader, I convey to employees how their roles contribute to Copan’s customer-focused success by continuously improving our vertically integrated supply chain processes.
As an IT director at Copan Diagnostics, my leadership philosophy revolves around fostering innovation, collaboration, and technological excellence.
